Reservation Policy Agreement
By completing this reservation, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Reservation Size
Online reservations are available for parties of up to 15 guests.
Groups of 16 or more require advance coordination with Durst Winery and must contact our team before making arrangements.
Gatherings of 25 or more are considered private or organized events and cannot be booked as a standard reservation.
Confirmed Guest Count
My reservation is for the number of guests listed at the time of booking.
Children and non-drinking guests are included in the total guest count.
Additional guests are not guaranteed seating or accommodation and may require approval based on available space.
Groups of 8–15
For parties of 8–15 guests:
- A 20% service charge applies.
- Wine flights are not available.
- Wine may be purchased by the glass or bottle.
- The group will remain on one tab during service.
- Payment may be split at the conclusion of the visit.
- Seating is based on the confirmed reservation size and available space.
Food & Beverage Policy
Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
Food, wine and other available beverages must be purchased through Durst Winery & Estate.
Seating & Space
Reservations provide seating for the confirmed number of guests but do not include private or exclusive use of any winery space.
Specific tables, patios or seating areas are not guaranteed unless confirmed by Durst Winery.
Guests may not reserve additional tables or surrounding space for people who are not included in the reservation.
Decorations & Setup
Standard reservations do not automatically include permission for decorations, balloons, banners, signage, check-in tables, furniture rearrangement or other event-style setup.
Any special setup must be approved by Durst Winery in advance.
Arrival Time
Please arrive at your scheduled reservation time.
A 15-minute grace period applies. Late arrival may result in reduced seating time or release of the reservation depending on winery capacity.
Organized Gatherings
A standard reservation may not be used to host a larger organized gathering beyond the confirmed reservation size.
If you are planning a reunion, company gathering, club meeting, celebration or other coordinated event involving additional guests, please contact Durst Winery before making arrangements.
Winery Operations
Durst Winery reserves the right to adjust seating or decline accommodation when necessary due to capacity, staffing, kitchen operations, safety or other winery events.
Guests are expected to follow winery policies and treat staff and other guests respectfully.
Agreement
By submitting this reservation, I confirm that I have read and agree to the Durst Winery & Estate reservation policies above.
